Booking & Cancellation Policy At CK Sunless, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. To provide the best possible experience for each client, the following policies are in place. Deposits A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Any deposit collected will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date if the appointment is rescheduled within the required notice period. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, and we completely understand. To respect the time reserved for your appointment and allow the opportunity for another client to book, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Mobile Appointments For mobile appointments, a clean indoor space with adequate room for the spray tanning setup must be available upon arrival. If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to client unavailability, an incorrect address, lack of access, or an unsuitable spray tanning environment, the appointment will be considered a no-show and applicable fees may apply. Reschedule Limit Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule, the full service total may be required at the time of booking to reserve a future appointment. Completed Services Due to the customized nature of spray tanning services, refunds are not provided for completed services. If you have concerns about your results, please contact CK Sunless within 24 hours of your appointment so your experience can be reviewed and an appropriate solution can be discussed. Weather & Emergencies In the event of severe weather, illness, or other emergencies, CK Sunless reserves the right to reschedule appointments. Every effort will be made to accommodate a new appointment time as quickly as possible. By booking an appointment with CK Sunless, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
